Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting
For medium to large quantities of parts requiring high internal integrity,
dimensional tolerances and excelent surface-finish, permanent die casting
is the optimal solution, in view of the technical and economic aspects as well.
This precision-casting process enables beside the casting of simple parts, also
the casting of highly complicated parts on easiest terms (of costs).
From a technical and quality point of view this precision-process is
distinguished by an excellent surface-quality, smooth corners and
tolerances of +-0.2mm and +-0.1mm in special cases are achieved on the
as cast component.
The combination of the above with the productivity advantage of the high pressure diecasting
process means lower after casting machining requirements and thus higher economic returns.
Squeeze casting and Semi Solid Die casting is possible at our plant to achieve
high internal integrity.
