Thus also this precision procedure is characterised both from the qualitative, and from the technical side
by a high surface quality, with clean surfaces, as well as a finaldimensionnear accuracy to size with adherence
to smallest tolerances, so that the casted parts only need a minimum mechanical rework.
To that extent this procedure is considered as very productive.
Cavities are produced by cores from metal or sand and/or mould material.
Because of the high heat conductivity the melt solidifies very fast, whereby a fine-grained structure with
a high diffusion density results.
